We acknowledge that the land that houses the Deviled Eggery is the traditional territory of the Coast Miwok People. We honor with gratitude the land itself and the people who have stewarded it throughout the generations.

We are committed to maintaining a culture of diversity and equity in our community. We strive to develop programs with intentional strategies that welcome and uplift historically marginalized identities and people, and to treat all individuals with respect and dignity.
We will work towards continuous education and improvement in ourselves to best reflect these principles in all our programs.
When we, or our community, fail to live up to these principles, we will seek the support of the community to help heal relationships using restorative justice practices, as we commit to build a community that reduces conflict and harm.
